At Flow Society, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports apparel items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in new, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
